Her contributions to the Speaking With Impact™ programs are launching the brand into the digital future with confidence and reliability, pivoting to meet our customers’ needs. Nia has coached individuals at all levels and career stages, from senior executives to entry-level. With Speaking With Impact™, she is gifted at working with clients to enhance their communication as their coach. Nia supports participants in developing a presence that is strategic, influential, and tied to their professional goals. Nia is the lead coach for the Speaking With Impact™ Presentation Skills Program, media training, professional development, and women leadership programs.
Nia is also a keynote speaker, sports talk show host, and personality. She has over 7 years of experience in the Sports Industry working with Under Armour, Washington Commanders, University of Maryland Athletics, Washington Wizards, and as the host of the Gameday Girl Podcast.
